A Clipper Cut Utilizing only one guard to create the same length on all parts of the head. In and outta the chair in under 20 mins.
Cancellation Policy
Welcome! Thank you for choosing Rhodéaux Salon! We're excited to have you in our chair. To provide the best experience for every guest, please review our booking policies before scheduling your appointment. Appointments Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or by messaging the salon. If you're unsure which service to book, feel free to reach out! We're happy to help! Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Arriving late may reduce the time available for your service or require us to reschedule. Deposits A deposit may be required for color services, blonding services, extensions, chemical services, or appointments lasting more than two hours. Deposits are applied toward your service total and are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled outside of our cancellation policy. Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service. No-Shows Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without contacting the salon will be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment before future appointments can be booked. Late Arrivals We understand life happens! If you're running behind, please give us a call. Guests arriving more than 10 - 15 minutes late may need to have their service adjusted or rescheduled to avoid impacting other appointments. Service Adjustments Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have concerns about your service, please contact us within 7 days so we can discuss a complimentary adjustment if appropriate. Adjustments are intended to correct the original service and do not include changes of mind or requests for a different style or color. Children & Additional Guests To provide a relaxing experience and for everyone's safety, we ask that only guests receiving services be present during appointments unless prior arrangements have been made. Payment We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. Gratuities are always appreciated but never expected. Thank You Thank you for respecting our policies and supporting a small business.
